As part of Kvickr’s Event Staff, you’ll work on-site at venues and events, helping entrances and cloakrooms run smoothly when things get busy.
You don’t need previous experience. We’ll show you how everything works. What matters more is that you’re reliable, comfortable around people and ready to help when there’s a lot going on.
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of the team behind the flow. Depending on the event, that could mean helping guests at the entrance, working in the cloakroom, supporting venue staff or making sure Kvickr is running as it should.
Some nights are calm. Some get very busy, very quickly. Your job is to stay helpful, keep moving and make sure guests have a good experience along the way.

You don’t need experience from events, hospitality or venues. Attitude matters more.
What you’ll get
You’ll get training before you start and support from the Kvickr team on-site. You’ll learn how busy venues operate, meet plenty of people and get experience working at real events.
The work is flexible and mostly takes place during evenings and weekends, making it easy to combine with studies or another job.
