Make entry easier to manage

Kvickr gives venues a faster and more controlled way to sell and verify entrance access. Guests can purchase entry through a QR code at the venue.

When advance entry is offered, the same process can also be completed before arrival.

After payment, the guest receives a digital QR-code ticket through a Kvickr page in their browser, which then is scanned by your staff.

Configure entry around the venue

Venues can create different entry types, prices and access periods.

Pricing can change according to factors such as time, demand or guest category. Capacity limits can also be configured, allowing sales to stop automatically when the permitted number of guests has been reached.

Guest lists, table bookings, invitations and complimentary access can be incorporated into the entrance flow based on the venue’s specific requirements.

Re-entry can also be allowed or restricted according to the venue’s rules.

Verify every ticket

A used ticket cannot be presented again unless the venue has specifically enabled re-entry.

Several entrances and scanning points can operate simultaneously, allowing the venue to distribute guests more efficiently.

When a ticket is scanned, staff can immediately see its current status.

This includes whether the ticket:

Is valid
Has already been scanned
Has been refunded
Has been cancelled
Allows re-entry

Support identity and age verification

Where required, guests can be identified through supported national electronic identification services such as BankID and MitID.

This can also provide verified age information, helping venues apply their own entrance requirements more consistently.

Identity verification is optional and can be enabled according to the venue’s needs.
