Sales Manager Germany
Build Kvickr in Germany.
We already work with a growing number of German venues. Now we’re looking for someone to take the market further.
You’ll own sales in Germany from first conversation to long-term customer relationship, with the freedom and responsibility to build the market as we grow.
What you’ll do
You’ll be Kvickr’s commercial presence in Germany, working directly with venues, festivals and event operators across the country.
- Own the German market from prospecting and pitching to closing and account growth
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Meet venues and prospects on-site
- Represent Kvickr at relevant industry events
- Work closely with our CEO on positioning, pricing and go-to-market
- Help lay the groundwork for our wider expansion across the DACH region
You’ll probably like this role if you
- Have a strong track record in B2B sales
- Are comfortable owning the full sales cycle independently
- Like building relationships in person, not just from behind a screen
- Work in a structured way and take responsibility for your own pipeline
- Are comfortable building something before everything is already in place
- Speak German and English fluently
- Are happy to travel within Germany
Experience selling SaaS, software or technology into venues, events, hospitality or related industries is a strong plus. So is experience opening a new market or building a customer base from scratch.
What you’ll get
You’ll have real ownership of a market that’s still at the beginning of its growth. You’ll work directly with our CEO, have room to shape how we approach Germany and play an important role in Kvickr’s expansion across the DACH region.
We’re a flat, hands-on team. Decisions move quickly, and good ideas don’t have far to travel.
