Kvickr goes live at O’Learys Västerås
Kvickr is now live at O’Learys Västerås, where the venue is using both our digital Entrance and Cloakroom solutions.
The setup connects two important parts of the guest journey in one system, helping staff manage entry and cloakroom operations with less manual handling and better visibility.
Guests can move through the entrance and cloakroom using a simple digital flow, while the team can follow activity in real time and keep operations moving during busy periods.
The launch in Västerås is also part of a broader collaboration with O’Learys across Sweden, where Kvickr is already being used in several locations.
Entrance and Cloakroom in one flow
With Kvickr Entrance, guests can purchase and verify access digitally, reducing the need for manual payment handling at the door.
In the cloakroom, physical tickets are replaced with digital ones, while staff are given a clear storage location for each item.
Together, the two services create a more connected flow from arrival to the rest of the visit.
