Kvickr at Future Product Days 2026 in Copenhagen
Kvickr will be part of Future Product Days 2026, taking place in Copenhagen from 22–24 September at Lokomotivværkstedet.
Future Product Days brings together product leaders, designers, engineers and technology teams from across Europe for three days focused on product design, UX, engineering, AI and product leadership. The event features seven stages, workshops, masterclasses, a tech exhibition and more than 100 international speakers.
What Kvickr will do
For the event, Kvickr will provide its digital cloakroom solution, helping manage belongings through a faster and more structured digital flow.
Instead of relying on physical cloakroom tickets, guests receive a digital ticket directly in their browser. Staff can see where each item is stored, while the venue maintains live visibility of cloakroom activity throughout the event.
The setup is designed to reduce manual handling and keep the cloakroom moving smoothly during periods of high demand.
Future Product Days expects thousands of product professionals at Lokomotivværkstedet, a 10,000 m² event venue in Copenhagen, with the wider 2026 event positioned at around 9,000 attendees.
Built for high-volume environments
Kvickr started as a digital cloakroom solution and has since developed into a broader operational platform for venues and events.
Providing the cloakroom solution at Future Product Days is a good example of where Kvickr began: removing a manual process that can quickly become a bottleneck when large numbers of guests arrive or leave at the same time.
