Kvickr launches Tickets

Erik Lindqwist

Kvickr has launched Tickets, a flexible ticketing solution for venues and event organisers.

Tickets enables organisers to sell admission in advance through a branded digital purchasing flow. The ticket shop can be integrated into an existing website, while each event also receives a dedicated link that can be shared through social media, email and other channels.

Guests do not need to create a traditional account. After completing their purchase, they receive a QR-code ticket in their personal Kvickr dashboard, accessible directly through the browser.

Flexible ticketing for different events

Organisers can create ticket types based on the requirements of each event, including:

  • Early-bird tickets
  • VIP tickets
  • Student tickets
  • Timed entry
  • Guest-list access
  • Complimentary tickets
  • Discount codes

Ticket quantities, sales periods and capacity limits can be configured in advance. Pricing can also change automatically depending on factors such as date, availability or demand.

Guests can purchase several tickets in one order and transfer individual tickets to others. Refunds, cancellations, upgrades and resale can also be supported according to the organiser’s own rules.

Payments adapted to each market

Kvickr supports a broad range of payment methods, including Swish, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Vipps, MobilePay, iDEAL, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

Each venue decides which payment methods should be available. Kvickr can also help organisers select a suitable payment setup based on their market and audience.

Live control during the event

Tickets can be scanned across several entrances at the same time. Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be used again.

Organisers can follow ticket sales, revenue, attendance and no-show data live, giving them a clear view of both sales performance and actual visitor numbers.

Already in use across Sweden

One example is O’Learys, where Kvickr Tickets is already being used across locations in Sweden for advance ticket sales and digital admission.

Tickets can be used as a standalone solution. When combined with Kvickr Entrance, Cloakroom, Analytics and Marketing, it becomes part of one connected system covering the full guest journey.
